Do you think your helper is suffering from depression or distress ?
You find your helper suffering from loneliness, worry, distress, insomnia or you just think that she doesn’t seem ok, you don’t know why and you want to help.
She might reject your offers of advice and support, since she doesn’t want to bother you and/or create any negative impact on your relationship with you, what would that be common. But you still want to lend a helping hand but you fell powerless.
You might just need to take a different approach to the way you support her and contact our efficient and reliable partners. For the majority, they are multidisciplinary experienced NGOs consisting of experts from diverse fields.
